EDWARD M. MALONEY

EDWARD M. MALONEY is a partner of Ahern, Maloney, Moran & Block LLC. The firm concentrates its practice in criminal defense with an emphasis on driving under the influence, traffic matters and representing petitioners before the Office of the Secretary of State. He is past chair of the ISBA Traffic Laws and Court Section and the Chicago Bar Association Traffic Law Seminar. Currently, he is the co-editor of the ISBA Traffic Law Newsletter. Mr. Maloney is a member of the Distracted Driving Task Force and was also on the committee which drafted the new MDDP Law. Mr. Maloney has participated in Bar sponsored programs since 1985 and testified in Springfield before both the House and Senate on traffic law legislation.
